I ordered from shoplittleleague.org the delivery was a mess. The tracking barely updated, the delivery date kept getting pushed back, and it showed up later than I actually needed it. Customer service didn’t really give me any clear answers either, which was frustrating. I get that delays happen, but come on now, at least keep people updated. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but my order was just a headache.

I went in expecting the usual online shopping struggle, but finding what I needed was painless. The search worked well, and the menu was simple enough that I wasn’t wandering around like I was lost in a maze. A couple of the filters felt a little basic, but in the end, I found the shirt I wanted without much drama.

I ordered a couple of items from Shop Little League, and overall I felt like the prices were reasonable compared to a few other places I looked. It wasn’t the cheapest option out there, but to me the quality seemed to line up with what I paid, so I was satisfied with the purchase.
The only thing that caught me a little off guard was the shipping cost, which made the total a bit higher than I expected. That’s probably why I’d personally give it 4 stars instead of 5, but for official Little League gear, I still think the value is good and I’d likely order again.

I emailed customer service twice and never got a response. At this point, I guess I just have to accept that no one’s getting back to me, which is disappointing

I’m not sure if I just missed something in the fine print, but the return policy felt strict to me. There seem to be a lot of limitations, and if something doesn’t fit right, it kind of feels like you might just be stuck with it. that makes me a lot less likely to order from here again.

I tried Shop Little League during a promo and ended up saving a little, which was nice. The codes worked without any issues, but the discount wasn’t exactly huge, and a few items didn’t qualify. Anyway... it wasn’t a bad experience, just average overall

I was actually happy with the stock overall. We found most of the little league gear we needed, which made things a lot easier. One jersey size was sold out, so we ended up going with a different color, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The site was straightforward to use too, so overall it worked out nicely.

The whole site looks seriously outdated, and it feels like whoever is in charge just let it fall apart. The graphics look cheap, messy, and thrown together with no attention to detail. It’s frustrating because this is the kind of thing that makes a business look bad...

I ordered a Little League hoodie and a cap, and overall I’m really happy with them. The hoodie is super soft and has a nice weight to it, not flimsy at all, which was a pleasant surprise. The print still looks clean after a couple of washes too, so that definitely made me feel good about the purchase.

The only small thing I noticed was that the stitching on one side of the cap was a little uneven. It’s not a huge deal, and I still wear it happily. For the price, I feel like I got a solid deal and I’m glad I ordered.

Checkout on Shop Little League was simple. No hassle. I added my address and payment info without getting stuck. Total showed up clearly before I paid.

I was trying to find my league and team, but they weren’t even listed. It feels like this was put together carelessly, like nobody bothered to make sure the options were actually complete

I ordered my kid’s usual size, and it was way too small. The size chart didn’t really help either, so I’m not sure what’s going on. Maybe this brand just runs tiny, or maybe the labeling is inconsistent, but either way it was frustrating. I probably won’t order clothes from them again.

The sizing was just odd, it was tighter than I expected around the shoulders but somehow loose around the waist, so it never really felt right. After wearing it for a little while, the fabric started to feel kind of rough too, which was frustrating. It looks decent, but comfort-wise it really didn’t work for me. I’m not sure I’d order again unless they improve the sizing.

I wouldn’t order again unless they make the authenticity info way more obvious. If something is official, it should be easy to prove, not something you have to dig around for after you’ve already paid.

My order came exactly how I picked it, with the right sizes and team logo, so I can’t really complain there. The box looked kind of beat up when it arrived, which made me nervous, but somehow everything inside was totally fine. It showed up a day later than I expected, and while that’s not a big deal, it was still a little annoying. Overall, I’m happy with it, just not completely thrilled. 4 stars...

I was ready to place my order, but the payment page just didn’t feel safe to me. Maybe it was fine, but I have a personal standard when it comes to entering my card details online, and this didn’t meet it. I ended up stopping before completing the purchase...

Using the site was kind of a pain. Some pages took forever to load, and I kept getting Lost just trying to find basic things. The checkout part was confusing too, and I had to go back a few times because I wasn’t sure what was happening. Definitely not a Smooth experience.
